A robust design system for the core product at Road to Health Group.
What I did
Over the course of five years, I was solely responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive design system — keeping libraries up to date and organised alongside product growth. Having a centralised design system led to a more streamlined process, with more time to focus on solving specific problems, as opposed to how individual components look. This allowed us to iterate and ship updates faster, improving the overall time to market.
