Overview
REACH admin is a content management system that allows administrators of an organisation to create and maintain their health and wellbeing apps. It also features a custom built analytics tool, providing detailed health risk profiles of a company or organisation.
What I did
The first version of REACH admin was developer led with very little design input. I reviewed the existing UX and spoke directly with users to understand their pain points, before starting a complete overhaul of application. A better hierarchy of information, more focussed workflows, combined with a new UI led to more efficient and productive administrators.
